Kiwi Slush is a sweet and sour semi frozen drink with a hint of basil. It’s very refreshing with a perfectly balanced with sweet from the grapes and sour from the kiwi and green apple.

Kiwi is a powerhouse of Vitamin C and antioxidants. It’s a fibrous fruit so helps in digestion and is also known to induce sleep.

2 kiwi’s, peeled, sliced & frozen,
1/2 green apple, frozen
1/2 cup grapes, frozen
1 cup coconut water or regular water

1. Put all the frozen ingredients along with coconut water into a blender
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Adjust water as per desired consistency.
4. Serve super chilled.
