I have been loving my green smoothies. It’s one of the most nourishing and refreshing drinks. It also cleanses your system. I prefer to have this along with my breakfast. But it can be stored in the fridge and had even as an evening snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 cup coconut water or plain water
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Method:
- Blend spinach, kale & coconut water together until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
- Serve chilled.
